If you have a website and would like to exchange links with us then
please follow these instructions. All URL submissions are human reviewed.
As long as the page of your site that contains our link has a Google
PR2 or better, we will link to you for as long as you are still linking
to us. If your site also has to do with cellular then you will be listed
on our resources page. If your site is not about cellular but IS about
communications in some way then you will be listed on our related links
page. If your site is unrelated then we will list you on our "other
partners" page. Please put up a link to us first and then fill
out the form below. When we check your submission we will first look
to see that our link is on your site on a page with a Google PR2 or
better. We will also be looking for a link to your links page from your
index page and counting the number of links that you already have on
the links page that we are listed on (There should be less than 30 links
on any given links page.) If all is well then we will get your link
up on our site right away (usually no longer than 48 hours). Here is
